Haiku Friday: Changes

A big change today
For now, Haiku Friday will
have a single host.

Jennifer has been
the best project partner I
could ever ask for

But as we all know,
time is always a factor
and must be well spent

She needs a break, and
I would like to thank her for
all of her hard work.

I can’t tell you how sad I am that Jennifer won’t be hosting Haiku Friday with me each week. She’s been a great partner and will be missed. We all have busy schedules, and sometimes that means making the difficult decision to cut back on responsibilities. I can’t fault her on that – I know how crazy my life is at the moment. But don’t think she’s gone forever – she’ll still be participating in Haiku Friday when time permits.

Everyone please visit Jennifer and give her a big thank you. I appreciate all the work she’s put into this, and I hope she’ll be able to find time for all of her interests (and herself!) by taking this small step back.

To play along for Haiku Friday, follow these steps:

1. Write your own haiku on your blog. You can do one or many, all following a theme or just random. What’s a haiku, you ask? Click here.

2. Sign the Mister Linky below with your name and the link to your haiku post (the specific post URL, not your generic blog URL). DON’T sign unless you have a haiku this week. If you need help with this, please let me know.

3. Pick up a Haiku Friday button to display on the post or in your sidebar by clicking the button at the top.

REMEMBER: Do not post your link unless you have a haiku this week! I will delete any links without haiku!

  3. I’m so sorry to hear that. I can totally relate though. I think spreading yourself too thin is a requirement for being a mommy these days. ;P

Thanks for the tribute! Hopefully I’ll be able to come up with some good haiku now that I won’t have to force myself to think one up!
