(My childless, tea-drinking self from years ago would never believe I wrote this.)
Long night, baby cries
I pull up to the drive thru
“Welcome to Starbucks”
I pull up to the drive thru
“Welcome to Starbucks”
Eyes sting from no sleep
“Grande iced mocha with whip”
Mom’s Little Helper
Bitter chocolate taste
I’m addicted to mocha
Sweet caffeine mistress
ROFL – ya gotta love those haiku poems!!
Oh how I love me a grande mocha frappacino!!!
Great haikus!
love it!
Nice post. I’m jonesing for coffee now!
That’s great! I can remember those long sleepless nights. Caffeine is about the only thing that gets you through.
Yummy. I have a Starbucks gift card just waiting for the first day of school….

Cool!
These made me smile! I am the same way. I was a hard core tea drinker only before the birth of my baby…now a Grande Mocha Frap is like a good shot of speed.
I know I’m probably the only woman on the planet who doesn’t drink coffee. But, maybe a poem for tea? Maybe?
This speaks to me. If you want it extra strong, ask for a mocha frappucino affogato-style.
Can you believe that there is no effing starbucks drive through in Toronto? Imagine THAT haiku.
From one Starbucks lover to another.. I hear ya sista! LOL.. My addiction is the Iced Venti Caramel Machiatto. I have yet to try the iced Mocha. 🙂
Wow, what a leap from the last time we hit the Starbucks at Target, eh?
There was a coffee shop at Pennsic that had wonderful mocha ices… ah….
Ahhhh gotta love coffee! I will repeat your poems as I pour myself my first cup of the morning.
